A new users’ group for Delaware’s ESRI-using GIS people held its first meeting on November 3, at the Kent County Administration Building, in Dover. Organizer Deborah Sullivan, of DNREC, brought together about 30 GIS professionals from state, county and local government, the University and the private sector to discuss issues specific to the use of ESRI’s ArcGIS and related products.
